Because our products and services include instant access to digital content, courses, downloadable materials, and community resources, we encourage customers to review all information carefully before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting:

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted:

  • After 7 days from the purchase date

  • Where a significant portion of course content has been completed or downloaded

  • For recurring membership payments made after the initial purchase period

  • For breaches of our Terms of Use or community guidelines

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel any recurring subscription or membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not automatically trigger refunds for previous payments.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
